Provision of legal services and legal consultation in relation to corporate action, such as:

• Provision of legal opinions regarding company activities including but not limited to company establishment, company structure in line with the type of business activities, company transactions, and/or all forms of legal issues dealt by the company;

• Company support in the process of merger, acquisition, takeover and separation;

• Company assistance in relation to legal aspects of industrial relations;

• Documents creation, development, proposal, improvement, and preparation related to agreements that have been implemented, are in progress or will be implemented by the company in connection with the company's activities;

• Conduct legal due diligence, legal research, and provide legal opinion;

• Company support in preparing business legality starting from the company's establishment, both companies with domestic capital (PMDN) and companies with foreign capital (PMA), including but not limited to relevant permits for running a business from authorized agencies.

Special Projects

We are specializing in Natural Resources Special Projects, among others: geothermal, general mining, oil and gas, electricity and carbon projects. We support clients with activities such as:

• Legal advisory on licensing and compliance requirements for companies operating in natural resources sector;

• Legal Drafting, contract negotiations, tenders and Power Purchase Agreements (PPA), especially in the geothermal sector, one of which is PT Optima Nusantara Energi which is currently a shareholder and carries out Geothermal business activities in the North Sumatra and Lampung regions;
